 Stop by before or after Hart Holiday Parade to warm-up. Even though it’s still early for Santa, hot cocoa and cookies will be available. Opportunity to tour our gym and learn about all new fitness classes and programs for anyone interested.

Fall Gym Member Challenge

Chance to win $300 cash or other great prizes! It’s time to get back to your workout routine after summer and Lakeside Family Fitness is getting you motivated by running a points challenge. We are awarding 1 point for every dollar spent for gym membership, classes, merchandise, and any other purchases at Lakeside Rehab Family Fitness. Extra points are being awarded for attending 24 fitness classes in a month, or pre-paying your gym membership or referring a friend who purchases a gym membership. On December 1st, 2017 we will tally all the points for every member and announce results and lucky winners.

 Calling all FitClub members! Are your kids enrolled in FitClub provided through schools by Spectrum Health? Take advantage of free classes being offered to all FitClub participants. Every  Saturday at noon our Martial Arts instructor will teach a class and you can be in it! Please bring your FitClub T-shirt to attend for free. No registration needed.

Pound Fitness Class

Juanita Garza, a certified Pound Fitness Instructor. Created by two female drummers, the POUND workout fuses cardio interval training with drumming to provide a challenging, heart-pumping workout. Anyone who thrives off the group fitness environment or needs loud music to stay motivated needs try this class ASAP!
Every Monday at 10:15am and every Thursday at 11:30am
Aerial Yoga Elevated

A new class taught by a Certified Yoga Instructor Rebecca Urick. Aerial Yoga Elevated combines traditional yoga postures with the support of a soft fabric hammock. Practice yoga poses both on the ground and in the air along with some fun acrobatics.

No experience necessary. You will be outfitted with your own hammock.

Yoga for Every Body

Dive deeper into the practice of yoga with these educational classes focused on fine-tuning alignment and developing a keener awareness of both the body and the breath. By studying and practicing the poses with this kind of precision, you will refine your practice and may find greater ease both on and off the mat, meeting each day with grace and patience. All bodies, levels, genders and generations welcome. Class is led by a Certified Yoga Instructor Cindy Beth Davis-Dykema.

“Sweet Surrender” Restorative Yoga 

 

 Modern life is fast enough—your yoga doesn’t have to be. Deliberately mindful, measured movement can balance that frenzied energy. All postures performed on the floor for a relaxing practice.  Blankets and props used to achieve deeper stretching of the muscles.  Go ahead and surrender to our soft, soothing, spirit-lifting sequences. Quiet your mind, relieve aches and soothe your soul in tranquil sessions that are designed to leave you refreshed and ready to find sweet surrender. Class is led by a Certified Yoga Instructor Cindy Beth Davis-Dykema.
