Our focus is on personal strengthening and recovery for seniors, individuals over 65 years of a age. We offer a complete array of low impact group workouts designed to build physical fitness at a slower pace.
You are welcome to experiment with land classes and aqua classes, held in our pool, to find the right mix to help you stretch and strengthen.

 

 Arthritis

Every joint will be moved at least twice before leaving class. You do not need to have arthritis to join this class.

Water Wellness

A fun low impact water class for all fitness levels. Exercises with foam dumbbells, kick boards, and noodles will be incorporated with resistance of the water.

Hydro Fit

A fun low to medium impact water class for all fitness levels. Exercises with foam dumbbells, kickboards, and noodles will be incorporated with resistance of the water.

Aqua Fit

A fun low to high impact water class for all fitness levels. Exercises with foam dumbbells, kick boards, and noodles will be incorporated with resistance of the water.

Stretch and Relax

Exceptional Stretch class focus on posture & stability. Great for seniors! Deep breathing & relaxation techniques.  This is a mat class and you will be spending time on the floor.

Tai Chi

Improve your flexibility, balance, strength and mental peace using a form of meditation exercise, characterized by methodically slow movements. This class can be done standing or sitting in a chair.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga class is offering full body movement and breath work while targeting the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. It is a perfect complement to the dynamic and muscular styles of yoga. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Chair Flow Yoga

Chair Flow yoga is a great way to move your shoulders and neck, strengthen your core, open your hips without the stress of getting out of your chair or using the chair for balance for standing poses. Suitable for everyone that can sit in a chair and stand up.
