Ethan received his Personal Trainer/Basic Nutrition certificate from National Personal Training Institute in Rochester Hills, MI in 2014. He is a Certified Personal Trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). After receiving his certification, he has managed fitness center operations and followed his passion of being a personal trainer and promoting healthy lifestyle changes. He possesses proven track record in helping clients achieve fitness goals through customized exercise programs and diet plans. Ethan is a facilitator of Lakeside’s Supervised Wellness Program. He is also a 3rd degree Black Belt Martial Arts instructor.

Deborah graduated with her Bachelors from a private Catholic College, St. Catherine. Deborah has been the owner of Lakeside Comprehensive Rehabilitation since 2003, and later added Lakeside Rehab Family Fitness in 2013. Deborah is certified with the National Board of Occupational Therapy, a Functional Capacity Evaluator, and is on the Board of Occupational Therapists for the State of Michigan. Deborah’s clinical interests include necks, shoulders, elbows and hands, while working with patients of all ages. Deborah is passionate about education and works as a clinical instructor for OTR students, working with Grand Valley State University, Baker College, and Davenport University. Prior to establishing LCR she worked as a rehab manager for a large long term facility in Illinois. She also developed OT programs for psych setting in Illinois.

Cindy Beth completed Anamaya Yoga Alliance Teacher Training and has been a Yoga Instructor for over 5 years. She has offered Summer Beach Yoga in Pentwater State Park and is offering a variety of Yoga classes at Lakeside Rehab and Family Fitness: All Levels Yoga, Hot Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga.

Briana graduated from Baker College in 2015 with an associate degree in therapeutic massage. She is a licensed Massage Therapist and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, AMTA.
As an Oceana County native, Briana is proud to provide therapeutic massage to those in her community and anyone looking to improve their quality of life with massage. She uses many different massage techniques and specializes in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and hot stone massage.

Brianna graduated from Baker College, earning her Associates of Health Applied Sciences 2014. She is a licensed in the state of Michigan as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is certified with NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy). Brianna is also certified as a LSVT BIG Clinician. Clinically her interest are working with a wide variety of diagnosis in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
Jennifer graduated from Baker College, earning her Associates of Health Applied Sciences in 2007. Jennifer is licensed in the state of Michigan as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is certified with NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy). Jennifer’s clinical interest include shoulder rehabilitation and manual techniques.
Michelle is a licensed Physical Therapist. She graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Oakland University in Rochester, MI and with her MBA from Wayne State University. She also holds certification in Neuro-Developmental Treatment (NDT) for treating patients with neuromuscular dysfunction.
Michelle spent the early part of her career specializing in the rehabilitation of Spinal Cord Injuries, Head Injuries (TBI) and Stroke. She then worked many years at a large skilled nursing facility rehabilitation center, eventually serving as the Rehabilitation Manager. In 2009, Michelle accepted full time Physical Therapist position for Orthopedic Surgeons practice.
She is originally from Muskegon and after residing for a long time in Detroit area, she is thrilled to return to Western Michigan.
Bill Cooke PT. Bill is a licensed Physical Therapist. Bill is a graduate of Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago Illinois as well as Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, Illinois. After completing his graduate program he begin working at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee, for 8 years gaining experience in Orthopedics and Industrial Rehabilitation. He then moved to Iroquois Memorial Hospital, Watseka, Illinois where he worked for 23 years. Eventually becoming the director of Rehabilitation Services overseeing Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy before moving to Oceana County and joining our team at Lakeside Rehab.
Beth graduated with her Associates in Applied Science. Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Kellogg Community College. Beth has continuing education certifications in Myofascial Release, kinetic treatments for Parkinsons and other neuromotor disabilities, therapeutic use of pilates, orthopedic rehab of the knee and shoulder, examination and treatment of the foot and ankle, Mckenzie Institute for low back, neck and thoracic spine. Beth’s clinical interests are in orthopedics, stroke rehab and myofascial techniques.
Becky graduated with an Associates Degree of Applied Sciences; Physical Therapist Assistant, from Baker College of Flint, MI in 2004. Becky’s certificates of completion include Introduction to Vestibular Rehabilitation as well as Advanced Training in Applied Techniques of Manual Therapy and Functional Strength through Great Lakes Seminars. Also, she has completed a course for Low Back Pain through Summit Professional Education. Becky’s clinical interests include vestibular rehabilitation, neurological dysfunctions and manual therapy/myofascial release techniques.
Michelle graduated with her Associates of Science, Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Baker College, and also has an AA,AS in Business and Computer Science from WSCC. Michelle’s clinical interests include working with orthopedic injuries, sports-injuries and conditioning, and aquatic therapy. Michelle has completed the certification course from the Aquatic Therapy Rehab Institute, has enhanced training in Level 1 SpiderTech Kinesiology Taping, Applied Techniques of Manual Therapy for Sacroiliac Mobilization for joint dysfunction, and Myofascial Release.
Fran graduated with her Associate of Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Baker College in Muskegon. Fran has completed continuing education for Comprehensive Treatment of the Knee, Sacroiliac Mobilization, A Clinical Approach to Myofascial Release and Treatment of the Lumbar Complex from Great Lakes Seminars. Fran likes working with a variety of different diagnosis including orthopedics, geriatrics, sports and kids, and she loves learning and applying new techniques.
Alyssa graduated from Baker College of Muskegon, with her Associates Degree of Physical Therapist Assistant, passed the NPTE for PTAs, and has continued education in Applied Techniques of Manual Therapy (Functional Strength and Advanced Dynamic Anatomy) from Great Lake Seminars. She attended Scrape, Tape & Move advanced education from North American Sports Medicine Institute and she is a LSVT BIG Parkinson’s Disease Treatment certified clinician. Alyssa enjoys working with patients of all ages, and working with sport related injuries, aqua therapy, and manual techniques.
Kelsey has been teaching swimming lessons and training lifeguards and swim instructors for over 9 years.
