Aquatic Fitness Staff

Ann Neuman

Instructor

Graduated from Central Michigan University 1971 with BA in Science.
Has 45 years of experience as a top Aerobic instructor.
Ann is a lead instructor both land and water for several Senior fitness programs.
Classes include use of balls, free weights, bands and own body weight while teaching proper body mechanics, weight training, toning and conditioning.
High energy exercise routines with low impact done in a safe and monitored environment.

Evan Cozart

Instructor and ACSM Certified Personal Trainer

Graduated from Grand Valley Univ. BA of Science with emphasis on Health and Fitness Instruction – 2010
Certified as a ACSM Personal Trainer since 2012
Evan also teaches several classes at 39 S State Street/601 E Main Street locations, Evan’s FUNdamental Fitness (Click to see a short video), Kickboxing, Cycling, private and Group Strength Training, Aquatic classes and leads our Personal Training and  Supervised Physician Wellness Program.

Mary Ann Bush

Graduated from Grand Valley State Univ. with BA of Science, Major Biology and Minor Chemistry 2003
Holds Certification in National Water Fitness since 1995 and Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Leader since 2005.
Has worked at Lakeside Comprehensive Rehabilitation since 2007.
Teaches Swim Lessons for all ages and also offers Private Swim Lessons, Mommy and Me Swim Lessons throughout the year.
She is active in Pentwater Junior Women’s club and Rotary.

Crystal Riley

Registered Dietitian

Crystal Riley was born, raised and currently resides in Oceana County. She graduated from Hart High School and went on to receive her degree in Dietetic at MSU in 2006. MSU is ranked the 2nd best school in the nation for their Dietetics program. Crystal graduated with honors and received a Health Promotion Certification. Following her graduation she completed her internship through MSU as well. She is a member of Dietitians of Western Michigan and The American Dietetic Association. Dietitians are registered and licensed as nutrition professionals. Crystal has a passion and desire to impart nutritional knowledge to the area and people of Oceana County.

Deborah Windell

Occupational Therapist

Deborah graduated with her Bachelors from a private Catholic College, St. Catherine. Deborah has been the owner of Lakeside Comprehensive Rehabilitation since 2003, and later added Lakeside Rehab Family Fitness in 2013. Deborah is certified with the National Board of Occupational Therapy, a Functional Capacity Evaluator, and is on the Board of Occupational Therapists for the State of Michigan. Deborah’s clinical interests include necks, shoulders, elbows and hands, while working with patients of all ages. Deborah is passionate about education and works as a clinical instructor for OTR students, working with Grand Valley State University, Baker College, and Davenport University. Prior to establishing LCR  she worked as a rehab manager for a large long term facility in Illinois. She also  developed OT programs for psych setting in Illinois.

Aric Cooke

Assistant Gym Supervisor

Originally from Illinois he served 3 years in the United States Army. Aric is passionate about training and pushing your limits in a safe and effective way.  He has been highly trained in combat fitness and is excited about sharing his knowledge with clients.  Aric is amazing at working with all ages, he also is a swim instructor.

Alyssa Trejo

Graduated from Baker College- 2008
Member of USA Gymnastics since 2011
Works with teaching children ages 5 years to High School – teaching the basics of tumbling techniques and principals

Ray works with children and adults, teaches group and individual rape prevention, and prepares competition teams

Derek Brown

Gym Supervisor

Derek is originally from Ohio, he earned a Bachelors of Exercise Science from Spring Arbor University. Derek has been every actively involved sports and is passionate about proper training. He understands the benefits of being a three sport athlete and correct way to train, playing baseball, basketball and football. Derek played college baseball and was drafted to Joliet Slammers Baseball Club. Derek is excited to utilize his sports background by adding some new sports related programs to Lakeside Family Fitness which include his Speed and Agility Program.

Originally from Illinois he served 3 years in the United States Army. Aric is passionate about training and pushing your limits in a safe and effective way.  He has been highly trained in combat fitness and is excited about sharing his knowledge with clients.  Aric is amazing at working with all ages, he also is a swim instructor.

Sarah Roseler

Yoga Instructor

Certified Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alamance and received specialized training through Cosmic Kids Yoga.  Sara also works with children at an after school program at a local school and is a graduate from Michigan State University with BA and Masters in teaching.

Rebecca Urick

Yoga Instructor

Established Smiling Lotus Yoga in 2002 and has been delightfully practicing yoga since 1994 and teaching it for 14 years teaching over 15,000 hours.  Rebecca loves being a student and has enjoyed studying with some of the most recognized teachers in the world.  All of Rebecca’s classes are alignment based and teaches a high quality form of yoga.  She loves to teach and will expand your practice! Massage Therapist

Graduate of Blue Heron Academy of Healing Arts and Sciences in 2007.  She is a National Board Certified and a member of the AMTA, and Licensed Medical Massage Therapist.  You can expect the finest quality care as one of her patients, your improved quality of life is her priority. Occupational Therapy Assistant

Brianna graduated from Baker College, earning her Associates of Health Applied Sciences 2014.  She is a licensed in the state of Michigan as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is certified with NBCOT  (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).  Brianna is also certified as a LSVT BIG Clinician.  Clinically her interest are working with a wide variety of diagnosis in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.

Kelly Lukos

Occupational Therapy Assistant

Kelly graduated from Baker College, earning her Bachelors of Health Services Administration in 2008 and Associates Applied Science in 1996. Kelly is licensed in the state of Michigan as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is certified with NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy). Kelly has also been a Clinical Instructor for OTA students since 2008 working with Baker College and Grand Rapids Junior College. Kelly is also an adjunct instructor at Baker College. Kelly’s clinical interests are working with a broad range of clients and diagnosis.

Jennifer graduated from Baker College, earning her Associates of Health Applied Sciences in 2007.  Jennifer is licensed in the state of Michigan as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and is certified with NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy). Mark Jensen

Physical Therapist

Mark graduated with his bachelors of science degree in kinesiology from San Diego State University.  He then went on to Azusa Pacific University to earn a doctorate in Physical Therapy. Mark is a member of the APTA. He had spent 5 years working in a long term acute care hospital in Brea California before moving to Oceana County and joining out team at Lakeside Rehab. Bill Cooke

Physical Therapist

Bill Cooke PT.  Bill is a licensed Physical Therapist.  Bill is a graduate of Northwestern University Medical School in Chicago Illinois as well as Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, Illinois.  After completing his graduate program he begin working at Riverside Medical Center in Kankakee, for 8 years gaining experience in Orthopedics and Industrial Rehabilitation.  He then moved to Iroquois Memorial Hospital, Watseka, Illinois where he worked for 23 years.  Eventually becoming the director of Rehabilitation Services overseeing Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy before moving to Oceana County and joining our team at Lakeside Rehab.

Liz graduated from Baker College in Muskegon with her Associate of Applied Science with Physical Therapist Assistant degree. Liz has continuing education with the Aquatic Exercise Association. Liz’s clinical interests include aquatic therapy, pain management, manual techniques and weight loss.

Beth Eisenlor

Physical Therapy Assistant

Beth graduated with her Associates in Applied Science. Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Kellogg Community College.  Beth has continuing education certifications in Myofascial Release, kinetic treatments for Parkinsons and other neuromotor disabilities, therapeutic use of pilates, orthopedic rehab of the knee and shoulder, examination and treatment of the foot and ankle, Mckenzie Institute for low back, neck and thoracic spine.  Beth’s clinical interests are in orthopedics, stroke rehab and myofascial techniques.

Becky Davis

Physical Therapy Assistant

Becky graduated with an Associates Degree of Applied Sciences; Physical Therapist Assistant, from Baker College of Flint, MI in 2004. Becky’s certificates of completion include Introduction to Vestibular Rehabilitation as well as Advanced Training in Applied Techniques of Manual Therapy and Functional Strength through Great Lakes Seminars. Also, she has completed a course for Low Back Pain through Summit Professional Education. Becky’s clinical interests include vestibular rehabilitation, neurological dysfunctions and manual therapy/myofascial release techniques.

Michelle Lyman

Physical Therapy Assistant

Michelle graduated with her Associates of Science, Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Baker College, and also has an AA,AS in Business and Computer Science from WSCC. Michelle’s clinical interests include working with orthopedic injuries, sports-injuries and conditioning, and aquatic therapy. Michelle has completed the certification course from the Aquatic Therapy Rehab Institute, has enhanced training in Level 1 SpiderTech Kinesiology Taping, Applied Techniques of Manual Therapy for Sacroiliac Mobilization for joint dysfunction, and Myofascial Release.

Mickey McLouth

Physical Therapy Assistant

Mickey graduated with her Associated of Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Baker College in Muskegon. Since passing the National Physical Therapy Exam, she has maintained licensure for over twenty years in Illinois and Michigan. She has certification in LSVT Big for Parkinsons Disease. In addition, her continuing education includes the areas of Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral Techniques, Jin Shin Do Acupressure, Muscle Energy Techniques, Aquatics and Kinesiotape. Mickey’s clinical interests are in manual therapy for pain management, orthopedics and geriatrics.

Fran Dodsworth

Physical Therapy Assistant

Fran graduated with her Associate of Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Baker College in Muskegon. Fran has completed continuing education for Comprehensive Treatment of the Knee, Sacroiliac Mobilization, A Clinical Approach to Myofascial Release and Treatment of the Lumbar Complex from Great Lakes Seminars. Fran likes working with a variety of different diagnosis including orthopedics, geriatrics, sports and kids, and she loves learning and applying new techniques.

Elizabeth Turner

Speech-Language Pathologist

Liz graduated from Central Michigan University with her Masters of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology and has obtained her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association. She is licensed in the State of Michigan and enjoys working with both pediatrics and adults. Her clinical interests include stroke, traumatic brain injury, dysphagia, and language impairments.

Liz’s work experience includes working in long term care and inpatient rehabilitation settings. She has a strong passion for helping others achieve their highest potential and prides herself on the relationships she builds with her patients and coworkers.

Rachelle Ledger

Speech-Language Pathologist

Speech and Language Pathologist certified through American Speech Language Hearing Association. Rachelle has Master’s of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Central Michigan University with clinical interest in pediatrics, adults, articulation, language impairments and delays.  As well a working with autism, stroke, TBIs, swallowing dysfunction, Parkinson’s and cognitive impairments.
