Lakeside Rehab & Family Fitness has some amazing classes that we offer for children and teens.  Lakeside is a child friendly facility and children are always welcome to come and participate in our classes that we offer.  However we do have children specific classes.  This is a great time where your child can have some fun, learn some new things and gives you a guilt free hour to workout.

Alyssa’s Tumbling Sessions

Come tumble, jump and flip in our tumbling classes!  Classes include learning basic skills such as forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, jumps and bridges.

Kids will then progress to learning bridge kick overs, round-offs, back walkovers and back handsprings.

Stretching and conditioning is incorporated into each class. We have a nice carpet foam floor, a low balance beam, and mats to assist kids while learning skills.

5 weeks sessions, 60 minutes class.

May 23rd – June 20th, 2017 for Tuesdays sessions

Please feel free to sign up ANYTIME, middle of the session additions are welcome! Thursday afternoon classes will resume in September 2017.

A class for all ages to learn martial arts and exercise! Students can earn belts as they learn discipline and build self-confidence. Martial Arts teacher Sifu Ray Johnson is a 7th degree black belt. Sifu Johnson has many years of experience teaching students at all levels and ages. If you are interested in furthering your martial arts training for personal or competitive purposes Sifu Johnson is an excellent choice. Draw on his extensive knowledge and experience in competitive martial arts to improve your personal technique.

Choose Sifu Johnson to teach you or your student of any age and level!

Program Options:

  • 3 introductory Sessions– Beginners- Basic Self Defense Techniques.
  • 3 Month Sign Up– Receive 1st Certificate of Training (Orange Belt)
  • 6 Month Sign Up-Receive 2nd Certificate of Training (Purple Belt)
  • 1 Year Sign Up- Receive Certificate of Training per each belt earned (Up to Blue Belt or Green Belt, depending on accomplishments)
